You know those people that can just hop out of bed, pop a couple of greens in the nutribullet and skip out of the door at 6am with nothing but liquid veg for breakfast? I am not one of those people. I’ve tried – I set the best intentions every week of going ‘liquids only’ before lunch, but it’s just not going to happen is it? I like to chew, I like to crunch – I like to breakfast like a Queen who reins over a kingdom of granola and rivers of free-flowing almond butter. So the smoothie bowl is my way of living the┬ádream. Half smoothie, half toppings of joy, it’s a one stop shop for everything you could need for starting the day with a bang. This one is my recent fave, bursting with blueberries and coconut water to put a serious spring in your step. ENJOY!

Instructions
  1. Just whizz all of the smoothie ingredients up in your blender adding a little water if needed. Then top with all of your beautiful toppings to create a master piece! Eat & enjoy!
