Nothing makes me happier than meeting total yoga newbies, more experienced headstand addicts and all-round good souls at my yoga classes and healthy foodie events!
I am 200hr Yoga Alliance qualified yoga instructor having trained with the Marianne Wells Yoga School, Costa Rica. I have experience teaching group and private one-to-one classes in London, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador and Argentina: loving any opportunity to pass on my passion for yoga & feeling good.
I believe that despite whatever the bendy pretzels on Instagram make you think, yoga is for absolutely everyone and, like most things in life, should never be taken too seriously.
I like to lead fun and energising flowing Vinyasa style classes, fuelled by a strong, controlled breath and a super funky soundtrack.
All of my classes come with the option of having a healthy, vegan meal provided afterwards. In fact whether you’ve asked for it or not you will most likely be sent away with some kind of healthy edible treats or at least a couple of recipe ideas!
WHAT ELSE CAN YOU EXPECT FROM CLASS?
Classes always begin with some simple breath awareness before moving into fluid, ‘Vinyasa’ style movements where postures are linked together through fun, flowing transitions.
There is never a rigid, repetitive sequence of poses; every single body is different, so the only goal is to discover where YOUR body is at and what YOUR body needs whilst completely forgetting that there is anyone else in the room.
Real yoga is about people, not postures!
