As a former office worker with an irrational love of long distance running, I can understand how stressed out, hard working bodies crave attention in the hips, hamstrings and shoulders, as well as needing a little unwinding through the lower back, wrists and of course, the mind too.
Through yoga we can begin to reset and realign the physical body whilst re-focussing and settling the soul.
No need to skip lunch, get your meals included too…
For an additional cost I offer fresh, homemade, wholefood meals to follow classes and keep you full and energised for the rest of the day.

TYPICAL POST-YOGA MENUS
Breakfast: Bircher-style chia seed and maca infused soaked oats topped with cacao nibs, goji berries and freshfruit PLUS a veggie packed green smoothie or juice.
Lunch/Dinner: A hearty helping of butternut & kale quinoa, full of protein packed pumpkin seeds, accompanied by a sweet potato & walnut ‘hummus’ & a zingy raw beetroot, red cabbage & ginger salad PLUS a some totally saintly sugar-free, dairy-free raw chocolate truffles!
all created vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free and organic where possible
any packaging used is recycled and/or fully compostable
